I grow my produce mainly with my Aquaponic System. This is similar to Hydroponics just not with the chemicals. When I have to add water to my system I use a 10- Stage New Wave Water filter. I believe this makes my fish water of the highest quality for my plants and also for my land base plants.
According To Willow LeMonte, from Herbal Delight Gardens, Our city water with its chemicals destroys the soil food web, which is vital for our plants to be healthy and to be able to survive Florida’s onslaught of bugs.

I also have the best bug eliminators money could buy -ducks! I have 4 runner girls and a Swedish girl. The male is beautiful. He is what they call a Yard Apple, strange name but a beautiful duck. He is our attack dog. He loves visitors shoe laces! No matter how fast you run he can keep up with you and get them! Soon I will be having a 1/2 dozen eggs a day, which will give me a few to share.

I also have a small orchard of about 15+ trees. They are in their 3rd year growing like champs. I do a permaculture backyard orchard method. Which means I have alot of mulch and trees everywhere. lol (http://www.davewilson.com/home-gardens)
